What is an international bank grandson good to use for a savings account in Peru?
We would open in our own country and make occasional deposits with a debit card card. We want to give the mother / child a debit card to make withdrawals as necessary. We want the account to be in the name of the grandson so that when he is older and understands the situation, he will know that it was "forgotten" by his paternal grandparents.
