How good is the South American quinoa harvest this year?
Quinoa, the healthiest of all grains, is grown mainly in three South American countries: Chile, Ecuador and Peru. It is also a new hot plate in top restaurants in the U.S.. With "good" I mean the quantity of the harvest. Put another way, is the quantity of the harvest to be a record crop or something less?
either by volume, taste, what would you mean? I buy at the supermarket and use it as a side instead of rice from time to time, but its still a bit more expensive than rice, as its just an occasional indulgence
