help with work / volunteer abroad, I am a student?
basically id love to volunteer in Africa or Peru, but each site requires a rate of swindling £ 1000 in some cases by admin [? ha]. Now consider some do not pay for the flight and visa costs £ 50, im not going to get ripped off for volunteering, id happily pay for my visa and flight but I hope that board and lodging arranged for me, so could someone give me a good place to check out. id also like a casual work in Spain during the winter [I know it's hard] or a job in Canada, as I am not prepared to get ripped off and no I am a student, any help please?
I suggest you check out the United Nations Volunteers http://www.unv.org/ although we can not expect will be published in a first world country like Canada. But if you really want to volunteer, then apply to them and check if they are looking for people with your experience. VNU offers generous allowances that you may live in another country.
