Do guinea pigs in Peru juss Run around like big rats or do they live in a special place?
Cuz i read a guinea pig book and i wanted 2 kno
When I was in Peru, the guinea pigs were often part of the family…almost like kitties, hanging out in the house, eating things that folks would put on the floor for them, like veggie rinds, etc.
So, they definitely weren’t like rats, more like pets, or chickens or something…but in most cases people would eat them or give them to someone to eat.
