When is the best time to buy airfare international tickets?
I'm looking to go on a humanitarian trip to Peru next summer. I've never flown before, let alone internationally. When is the best time to buy airline tickets? If I buy now, I'm out of luck in the future if the price? Should I use a travel agent or one of the sites online … Orbitz, Travelocity, etc? Just be looking to go from Detroit to Lima. Once in the country, all trips are pre-planned and paid for.
it would be nice to gather information on exactly what we plan to do in Peru, visiting online sites like Expedia or Travelocity, or even four months before traveling kayak.com is the ideal time for the air-treavel reserves. If this is your first time there would be b advisable to consult a travel agent. who are more knowledgeable and shelter best deals. and professional help is always better. good luck.
