What is the best recipe for Pisco Sours?
Pisco is a Peruvian drink, and breasts my last trip to South America I havent been able to find a good recipe.

In a jar, combine pisco, lime juice, tangerine juice and club soda. 2. Place 1 / 2 cup ice cubes in each glass (12 – to 14-oz size) and fill with the mixture of pisco. Garnish with lime slices. Per serving: 120 cal., 1.5% (1.8 cal.) Fat, 0.5 g protein, 0.2 g fat (0 g Sat) 11 g carbohydrate (0 g fiber), 23 mg sodium, 0 mg chol. Slusher Pisco Sour use all the ingredients for pisco sours (above), except the ice. Pour the tangerine juice in trays ice cubes and freeze until solid, about 2 hours, release and use buckets, or seal in a plastic freezer bag and freeze up to 1 week. In a blender, mix 1 / 2 pisco and 1 / 2 the lemon juice. Cover, turn to high, and drop 1 / 2 tangerine juice frozen cubes through the opening of the lid. Whirl until mixture is slushy, pour into a pitcher. Repeat with remaining turn pisco, lime juice, tangerine and cubes, add to pitcher. Add club soda cold. Pour into glasses (8 to 10 oz), garnish with lemon slices. Per serving: 120 cal., 1.5% (1.8 cal.) Fat, 0.5 g protein, 0.2 g fat (0 g Sat) 11 g carbohydrate (0 g fiber), 23 mg sodium, 0 mg chol. Follow instructions Tangerine sour Pisco Sour (left), but omits pisco and lemon juice increase 21 / 4 cups. Per serving: 59 cal., 4.6% (2.7 cal.) From fat, 0.7 g protein, 0.3 g fat (0 g Sat), 14 g carbohydrate (0 g fiber), 25 mg sodium, 0 mg chol.
