Pisco liquor does go wrong?
I bought a bottle of Pisco, when I lived in Peru in 2001. I broke the seal on the bottle for about 5 years ago make a Pisco Sour, but I have not had any since. Pisco is going wrong? FYI: Pisco is a liquor distilled from grapes Peru (a spirit)
I do not know what is Pisco, but if it is a liquor, alcohol should not be enough to keep going wrong. Table wines with an alcohol level of 11-13% will become vinegar, but fortified wines such as brandy, port, sherry, etc., or 80 + liquor is not on.
