Does anyone know how to chocotejas?

Peru is a dessert and I can only find the recipe in Spanish. I need it in English. I also would like to know if this is possible without the required mold.

Caramel N º 1 Ingredients: 1 can (400 g, 14 ounces) condensed milk Preparation: Put the can (unopened, unopened) of water in a pot and pour the can until it covers. If you have a regular pot, simmer for 2 hours, if you have a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Cool the can before opening. Serve in a little dish or use it to prepare another dessert.
