I am a U.S. citizen. "I can get a tourist visa to Bolivia in a foreign country?
I'm taking a trip to South America. I'm starting in Uruguay and working time way to Peru, through Bolivia. Bolivia requires a tourist visa. The Embassy of Bolivia is very far from where I live, and I have time to go through the process online for the visa. So my question is I can visit the Embassy of Bolivia in Buenos Aires for the visa? Thanks
