How big should my backpack trekking in Peru for three weeks?
I'm going backpacking in Peru for three weeks backpacking through Europe for two weeks and the need to buy a backpack. There are all sorts of different sizes out there – 55 liters, 60, 70 etc I am a girl very high, which can lead to a larger one, but should not be heavier than 20kgs total. What size do you recommend? Thank you very much, Jules
I would get the most small size possible to meet your needs. Small as possible because they will not carry the additional weight and space, but the size above of just having a little extra space in case something of profit or not in the mood to pack all your things as tidy as possible back into the bag. Tip: You can wash clothes, so do not pack clothes for three weeks. On their journey they see opportunities for laundry and plan accordingly for the number of days of the clothes you really need to pack.
