How should I pack for a week in Peru?

With the baggage costs these days, what should I wear for a week Peru? Should I use a regular bag or a large bag (the type used for the backpack for weeks.) We will stay one night in Lima, the Amazon and Cusco 3 nights for 3 nights (day trip to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.) Any recommendations appreciated.

I prefer a backpack with a backpack stuffed inside. The backpack is more flexible and you will be able to more things in it. You have to pack for a variety of temperatures and be prepared for different climates and environmental needs, plus you will want to bring back a lot of alpaca sweaters, so the bigger the better. What time of year take your trip? Assuming that it will be sometime this summer: To Lima, you can get by with long sleeves, long pants and a warm jacket. Evening it gets pretty cold – and is often very wet – so you have to be prepared for the layers. To Cusco, I suggest. Usually began the morning with a sweater or jacket in the peeling and even a shirt for the afternoon. I do not remember ever wanting to shorts, but I got a little sunburned. The evening can be very, very cold and they'll want the jacket and long sleeves again. The Amazon, of course, require more scantily clad. Shorts are good, but in reality you may prefer long pants while you're there. It's hot, but there are tons of insects and weeds and light pants, or convertible pants are a good idea. Some other packing Bring suggestions cloud water purification and a bottle of water of good quality. In the cities drinking water can be obtained fairly easily, but when you go to Amazon Machu Picchu and you want something to drink we know is safe. Also pack of toilet paper, because not all of Peru has bathrooms. As a side note, Peruvians not flush TP – to throw away little in the bathroom. They style of old pipes and obstruct one can say, intrusive costly disposal of the old pipe at which is usually not worth the risk. You need mosquito repellent with DEET and sunscreen good. Do not forget to use it in Cusco. Although it's cold is so high that there is very little ozone to block the sun. You can be quite a sunburn on a cloudy day! Carry spare batteries in your home because they are more expensive in Peru. A flashlight without batteries is also a good idea and they are quite cheap.
