Is it easy to get a job as a physiotherapist in South America, Peru, in particular?

I'm from Australia and am currently doing a course physiotherapy. When finished I want to go to South America, mainly Peru, because I know people there. Of course salary is not very good because I've been there and know that this is not the richest country. If physical therapists are in high demand, does anyone know? I speak Spanish of course.

To work in Peru need to apply for a work visa. Can not work on a tourist visa. Any type of work that the university is scarce here, as there are too many graduates the work available. The problem is that 90% of the population can not afford treatment to simply not go. I have two friends who have had strokes here and can not afford therapy physics, but even in this small town, there are a couple of therapists trying to get support.
