looking for a flower shop speaking English in Peru Arequipa?
Rosatel have had difficulties. There are a number to call instead of online? there are other reputable florists in the area who could communicate in English? FTD is good but very expensive compared. any help much appreciated. thanks !!!!!!!!!!!
Rosatel is best for me. You call to call this number in Lima: (number in parentheses is the country and area code) (51 January) 446-4666 and they can help you with your request to Arequipa. I just called them to ask about his problem and told to call Lima and they can order flowers to Arequipa (from Lima), no problem at all.
