Only if you're really ready for it, otherwise not recommended. The tour runs from Lima to Nasca (to exit Lima, would be hell) through the Pan American Highway along the desert coast, very, very dry and dull the drive. Nasca to Cusco takes the Milky of the Libertadores, the scenery is beautiful, but the path you take is very difficult especially if you do not know the route, a lot of abisms, you get to go through points too high (over 4000 m above sea level) and you might feel sick. From Cusco to Puerto Maldonado I take a winding road ut 3 Cruces and there is a way a little, very wet because you are entering into the tropical rainforest … Flight to Cusco and tour to Pto.
