For many of us, eating well is a process with a big learning curve. We are not taught what is truly healthy for us and sometimes takes a while to wean ourselves off of packaging and processed foods. The benefits, however, making a slow transition to eating whole and healthy foods are numerous, including the fact that we are taking the time to find out what kind of tasteful food and organically as we in our lives against the most common crash diet and changes sudden extreme power that are part of the dysfunction of our culture around food and health. With this in mind, the act of replacing the food that we like but not so good for us, with healthy alternatives is a great way to start this process, here are five easy to make changes in your diet can improve your health and the Waist:
Yogurt: A super-sized, plain yogurt is so balanced amounts of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which can satisfy while keeping the blood sugar levels stable for hours. In a study by the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, subjects on a low calorie diet that included yogurt lost 61 percent total fat and 81 percent more belly fat than people in a similar plan but without yogurt. The key here is to follow with plain yogurt, sweetened yogurt organic and can have more sugar than ice cream. Well substitutions:

I want something sweet? I like to take plain yogurt, add some berries and a small amount of honey, maple syrup, or stevia and mix all. A great substitute for ice cream.
Almond butter: This is a no brainer, if you can not keep your hands away from peanut butter. Butter almond tastes so rich and tasty, but it is much better for you. Studies have shown that eating bread with almond butter reduces the glycemic index of bread, including white bread, so it maintains the levels of blood sugar skyrocket. Almonds are also a great source of protein, amino acids and vitamins. They are excellent for digestion and help maintain the body becomes too acidic. Well substitutions:

Add to oatmeal for protein
Make a sauce for fried vegetables and serve with rice.
Quinoa: This is super high in Peru fiber (2.5 g in 1 / 2 cup) and protein and a nearly complete source of amino acids. It keeps you more fully the pasta or rice, is versatile, and a pot will stay fresh all week. Alternates to try:
Instead of rice stirfry, fish or meat.
Added to salads

Sardines: With mercury levels shooting through the roof in tuna and wild fish and many problems of contamination of farmed fish, sardines are a natural response to the health and super. Full of omega 3 and extremely high in calcium, sardines are also low in the human food chain and mercury. Many people avoid sardines, because the taste "fishy" but this can be solved by soaking in milk for an hour or so. Substitutions:
Instead of anchovies in sauce, Caesar salads, and pizza.
Use chopped sardines instead of tuna in hot and cold sandwiches.
Berries: Most notably, cranberries and goji berries are the best fruits to eat now same. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and fiber, while Goji berries contain 18 amino acids, making them a great source of protein and more beta-carotene of carrots. N no substitutions:
Instead of bananas on your cereal or oatmeal, try blueberries. Unlike bananas can sugar surge blood, cranberries help keep insulin levels stable, offers a wide range of nutrients.
