I need help throughout Peru!?
I'm going to Peru with my best friend for about a month this summer, but as we are planning, we are taking a lot of trouble to find a way to get around Peru. We go to Puerto Maldonado from Cusco, and have read that there are daily flights, but I can not find anything less than 300 dollars on the Internet. If you wait until we get there to book a flight? About how much would it cost? Also, does anyone know how often the buses and trains are expensive? And how long will it take to get from city to city (Huancayo to Cuzco for example) and must reserve tickets when we get there or before? Thanks for the help you can give!
Allthough it is much easier to take a bus, is a bit dangerous. Just be prepared, it takes hours and hours. If ur thinking of moving bus, I recommend Cruz del Sur. U can buy your ticket at the agency. Some buses run after the bus and sometimes full, many no specific time. System is quite chaotic but t is very cheap. Transportation is very easy to understand. You do not have any problem. Indeed, there are no trains in Peru.
