PISCO drink "Please, could someone tell me who knows how to do it at home?

A year ago I found some very good PPL Peru that came to my house and made some delicious homemade drink Pisco with beaten egg white and some other ingredients. It was pretty good. Please can someone tell me how to do this? I bought some Pisco Soldeica near a Peruvian restaurant and do not speak much Spanish so it was hard to understand when they tried to explain to me. Does anyone know how to make this? Thank you.

1 / 2 cup of pisco or brandy 1 / 4 cup lemon juice (about 2 limes) 1 tablespoon simple syrup (the same amount sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves) 1 egg white, 2 dashes Angostura optional ice to serve orange slices for garnish In a blender pour pisco or brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, if using, and narrowness. Mixture. Pour over ice in a glass and garnish with orange slices.
