I want to take a city bus in Ciudad Juaraz?
I can speak some Spanish, but I'm wondering exactly how it works. I understand that you stand on the side of the road, then you wave your hand like any bus that comes by. When the bus arrives at the street you want to convert in the south, you get up and walk straight ahead. Then go down and take a bus that goes south, repeating the process until you reach the desired location. Is this correct? What is the price? What if I'm stuck with only 20 or one hundred dollars bills in my pocket? Will I need the correct change? In Peru have two guys on each bus – One driving and the other collects the fare. The tariff collection rate has a lot of changes. Is it the same in Mexico? Thank you for your answers …
You do well ……………. No more than one bill of 20 pesos – be nice! The cost is about 5 pesos. You can hit the side of the bus and screaming "Low" but standing before your stop and stand going to work. Have ready the right shift and dont jam ……… Check with a local line, because the wrong bus and get lost in any City International strange – SUCKS
Peru off Road 25 Oct-01
