Online accounting degree? Bad idea?

I am currently enrolled in school construction management BS but classes are inconvenient and construction industry can not by some years. After some research I found a small college, Peru State College in Nebraska (peru.edu) which offers a degree in accounting online learning, distance. The school is recognized by the region and would like to be able to sit thought the CPA exam after 150 credits. Is this a good idea to do this online at all? Do you care to employers if the degree is in line against traditional? Has completed an accounting degree online?

do everything online is probably not the best idea to accounting, because many starts to become the management of physical books and the ways things instead of just online. I do not know much about the employer side of things, but if you attend a real university doors open as internships and you can get a good connection through teachers and other things
