If you've ever vaction in PERU, where is a cheap-n-good place for your presentation?
There are lots of places and Miraflores is certainly a good one (though not as cheap). But Lima is not a paradise, I recommend visiting Trujillo. It is a warm city, the beaches are quiet and suitable for surfing, its streets are welcoming and people are attentive. The hotels are cheap and if you want, you can have some known not only to give an "underground" tourism (and also to teach Spanish free). Only understanding with "micro" drivers can be a kind of rude. Have a bon voyage.
