I need help with my taxes?
Hello everyone. I have a major tax problem and want to make things right. The last time I filed my return taxes online was 2007 and showed that I owed and I had the money to pay and I would not able to continue without having to pay for it. Thus a long history that could not lodge my tax return this year due to lack of funds. Now it is 2009 and in 2008 only served 20 days in January before leave the country. I need to know what to do with my tax return this year? I live in Lima, Peru, and I do not know my physical address to send my forms W2 and besides this will make 3 years overdue!
