Considering moving to Miraflores, Lima, Peru? A friend and I are crazy for one another. She is a professional business as well. We are in the same age range. I would give anything to be with her. Does anyone know some of Miraflores, Lima, Peru, from personal experience, not just what is written on the Internet? I have a business plan to start a wine and jazz atmosphere catering to business people and tourists in the area? Any advice? It is a bad idea? ex. cost of living, employment, the attitude of Americans Towra, areas to live, food, family perspectives, lifestyle? Anything worth talking about?
