While across the country that made a stop in South Carolina in a great southern breakfast together – only for cookies. While waiting for my food, I decided to get on the Internet for a bit and what do you know … I saw an ad for fish oil, but not mine.

It was from another doctor in the business of the vitamin. Now if I did not know a thing or two, the announcement of his would have scared me half to death. But, to borrow a phrase I just learned from a waitress here, I just fell of the turnip truck. So this announcement made me laugh in the middle.

Now I'll be the first to say he does not mind a bit of bragging if the facts are true, but this letter boasted that nothing of the facts, or as stated in the law, "we are a large questionable area here."

So the good doctor says that fish oil sources in southern Peru and Chile – because of "non-industrial wastewater. Uh huh. The last time I checked ocean water is ocean water.

He makes the claim that the origin fish in European waters contains 8 times more dioxins than fish of origin in Peru and Chile. The information comes from something called the Scientific Committee for Food. I tried to look up the commission, but could not find it.

Peru High quality fish oil is what he says he has. I do not know about you, but I do not believe that obtaining high quality products places where you can not drink the water. Just a little common sense here is everything you need, when you think about it.

There are plenty of comparisons made in the letter appear to be scientific, but are not. There is even a classic straw man table, where the Peruvian fish oil compared to other oils on the market, and "Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!" as Gomer Pyle used to say, Peruvian fish oil wins all categories.

I saw nothing pharmaceutical grade fish oil, which has standards worldwide. Only a comparison between the commercial grades.

So remember, always are maintained with oil pharmaceutical grade fish – and make sure it is from Peru.
