Does the Mexican people illegally immigate Japan and it is easier for them then the U.S.?

I know that Brazilians can not because there is a connection between Japan and Brazil. and Peru .. But what about the Mexicans? and what life is like for them? Is it easier to learn Japanese here American English? And they are well treated? My family is from Mexico and emigrated to the U.S. .. but I've never heard of Mexicans who emigrate illegally to Japan.

According to Japanese immigration law, a person, regarldess of nationality can obtain a work visa (one that is comparable to a visa permanent resident) if they can prove they have a single drop of Japanese blood. Since the number of Japanese consdierable migrated to countries of South America about 100 years back, there is now South America, with varying degrees of Japanese blood who live and work in Japan. I know of no large community of Mexican nationals in Japan, but I suppose there are at least citizens of Mexico with the blood of Japanese living and working in Japan. Frankly, with Japan's declining population, Japan need anyone who wants to live in Japan to come to Japan. And hey, after getting a little help from Mexico in the World Baseball Classic this year, Japnese plenty of love Mexico! So Mexicans welcome!
