Do I like or just being nice? Please read!?

This type and I are in contact since he left a mission that was here (he is GI and I live in Peru) I like it, so I decided to contact him soon after. He answered, so I kept emailing and he always answered. We did it as friends cousin was not kidding myself. I thought it was more polite, but this is happening a year ago. Even called him before going to one of his trips and was very impressed. I really felt like we had nothing, so I sent a note thanking him for being nice and says that what cousin likes our friendship and communication and that we stay in touch. first send an email to contact me ask me how I am, and my weekend. So I started emailing him again this time once a week, but received no response until yesterday, when he said he read my notes and gave me thanks for staying in touch. Do you think that after all this only makes it so, be polite or more?

so apparently the guy has not said whether or not you have feelings for you right? perhaps only the values of friendship and stuff you know? keep talking to him and stuff like that .. then makes friendship grow .. maybe he has to get his stuff together before I can think about having a relationship with anyone ..
