Would it be possible for Ecuador to celebrate with Peru, with Brazil and Colombia?

And the common people (the masses) that have more holidays and days without hostility with its neighbors – very hard to believe? And Peru could celebrate with Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador. Etc … many many days party …

Are there laws governing travel between the countries? If everyone was celebrating the same thing at the same time, I would be very unifying.
