Having trouble communicating with Peru?
Every time I try to make a phone call to Peru, said that the call can not be completed. I can check the exit code + country code + city code + number, but it never works. I tried all possible ways to call and it never works. Any ideas?
It is likely that a cell phone. Peru made some remuneration for several months. I can call any landline with what you say, but not cell phones.
