What are my chances of being accepted into UC Berkeley?

Currently I am tall and this is my profile: GPA: 4.1 Weighted average: 3.6 Sat reasoning: 2010 SAT II: Korean-800-690-700 Mathematical Biology 680 college athletics finalist us history – 3 years, the president and founder of club children's charity Vice President of Key Club International Vice President of the American Cancer Society, Red Cross Secretary General of the club member science and breast cancer awareness club food bank volunteer for 3 years of primary local guardian for the collection of two years for city volunteers 2 years + a summer total number of 420 hours of community service * offered last summer abroad in Peru to teach English in poor schools worked for 3 weeks and 4 days / week. It was fun! What are my chances? I know my average is wayyy too low but I hope to help my extracurricular activities I kinda?

Berkeley favors students with a rigorous curriculum SA (number of aggression and UC-approved honors / AP / IB / Courses CC), excellent weighted and unweighted GPA, and demonstrated leadership potential. Also compared to their peers, ie, academic and extracurricular achievements are seen in the context of students in HS. Given the number of factors considered and the complex data involved, it is virtually impossible for anyone to predict accuracy due course. Berkeley is focused on the overall achievements (academic and extracurricular), meaning admission is willing to overlook poor grades / Test results as excellent extracurricular and / or extraordinary difficulties in the equation. Berkeley has a special interest in students who will take advantage of what Berkeley has to offer and become the engine of social change.
