I need some information about tourist in Peru.?

Hi, I'm from the Philippines with a valid passport from the Philippines. I am planning to go to Peru for tourism. I am currently in the U.S. and I've been searching the Internet for information on visas for Peruvian and could not find a site pretty good, at least in a very specific serving a filipino traveler, all I can find are only for U.S. tourists I'm not. Does anyone here it is from Peru who knows if I need a tourist visa to go to his country and would have to apply in advance before my trip or is it something that only can be stamped on the passport once you arrive at the airport in Peru? I'm thinking of spending maybe a week or two with my husband who is a U.S. citizen. I will choose the best answer to this question. Thanks!
