Go to Peru in the summer, but staying in Houston for one night, do I need a visa?
I go to northern Peru in the summer time, and I am Houston for one night (my flight arrives July 23 at 12.40 and my connecting flight leaves on July 24 at 15.55) Do I have to apply for a visa to visit the U.S. during this time? I have already requested the thing is, so to cover this with me for 27 hours or so I'm on American soil? Please help! I do not want to get caught in a airport and left to ruin my party! Thanks Tom G

If you have a British passport the EU and have achieved an "Authorization Approved" message on the basis of their application should be no problem. You will receive a green form I-94W at check-in which you will complete in order to present to U.S. immigration officials upon arrival.
