Has any African Americans or African descent, been in Peru in the last 1-3 years?
I wonder because I have a friend who is planning a trip to Peru this summer and was wondering if Peru is a safe place for blacks to travel to the United States or of any trip. Is there a discrimination or high crime rate or even hatred fee to be taken into account before making the trip to Peru? She is a very dark-skinned black girl. (21 years)
It's not black, but not much to hate crimes against blacks, there is no discrimination against native peoples.
