My wife goes on vacation in Peru with a friend at work …?
without me, of course. For two weeks. 18 May 1 June. I understand that coworker leaving (It's actually there) to spend your child's birthday with her (turning 9 I think). My birthday also falls within this framework time. I am totally furious that my husband seems so firm to go without any relation to how I feel. I was not invited, and this is not a trip with his family. I'm actually thinking of telling her that if she goes I will not be here if and when she comes back. She spends much time with this friend and just started a 4 days Northern California with her too. States that do not like going places, but I have a job that allows spontaneous travel and I can not go during the months of school (I'm trying to get my degree). I'm tired of ALWAYS put your friends and family first and waiting to be okay with it.
She is not being understanding your feelings at all and that is a big problem for your marriage. You must put your foot down so you know how serious you are about this. Personally, from the information you have given, I think is very selfish.
