Why does my laptop Peru is shocking the hell out of me?
I am currently traveling in Peru and in the last three nights my laptop has been surprising me (considerably stronger than a static discharge, culminating in a sustained last night that hurt a lot). Twice I was surprised by just typing on the keyboard and twice after I plugged it into the wall when I tried to connect the other end into the computer.
