I have a project in Spanish and I was thinking about Aflajores Chilean cuisine. and says you have to cook the condensed milk. that says "To cook condensed milk, the whole place unopened can in a large saucepan, cover with water. Carry boil and simmer for 2 hours. This makes it sweet. "I was wondering if this would work, and do not like pop. PS if you know of any other south america easy recipes please post up. along with the name of the country. and please do not Vensulia, Colombia, and Peru. Sorry for the spelling, too lazy to check. Well, I had that once at my Mexican husband's friend's house. She put the can in the water w and the lid open. He had the smell sooo good home. Do not know about w / lid, however. It went very well in reverse.
