Does anyone have experience buying real estate in Peru? In Cusco? Well? Bad?
Considering buying a house or an apartment in the center Cusco, Peru, both for my use and good price for renting to tourists ion once a week. I was hoping to do some renovations in the first place, I have already experienced. Does anyone have experience Shopping in Peru, who live in Cusco, or do business in Peru? Is it safe enough? Enough stable? Any opinions?
The real state in Peru is a good deal. I disagree with previous comments. Tourism is a good oppornutity to develop in Cuzco, you can buy and rent the apartment in accordance with a Peruvian company or travel agency. To have a partner in Peru is the best way to minimize the risks. Alain.
