Some foreigners wishing to travel to Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days may enter the country without visas, provided they hold a return ticket with they. This is known as the Rule of Visa or Visa Waiver Exemption Scheme is being implemented by the Immigration Service in Thailand. Thailand and some countries have bilateral diplomats and delivery of this visa-free privilege to citizens of the countries involved. The Brazilians, Peruvians and South Koreans, in particular, can stay in Thailand for 90 days without a visa, because of their countries' special agreement with Thailand.
Currently, There are 41 countries and two administrative regions whose citizens can enter Thailand through this privilege of immigration for the sole purpose of tourism.

Apart from the round round, the Thai immigration officer may ask for proof of financial support in the form of cash that is THB 10,000 baht per person or THB 20,000 per family. The 30-day visa be stamped at the passport control booth at any international airport in Thailand. Those arriving by land across the border are only given 15 days visa.
