Need help on my Spanish project in Peru!?
We need things like what they eat … famous climate traditons things people like The current events … thanks!
I can give you a hand with some advice. Peru and the U.S. is a country with many ethnic groups, we Native (Incas), African, Japanese, Chinese and Europeans. So our food is characterized by a mixture of many cultures. Aristocratic white people had meals cooked by other ethnic groups resulting in a new culinary creation. I will mention a few dishes not found anywhere else, some may seem strange, but I think when you say they are from out of this world! Kebab (beef heart grilled on a stick), Aji de Gallina (Shred chicken, milk soaked bread and aji amarillo) Peruvian ceviche (fresh fish meal seasoned with ginger, lime green, hot peppers, the garlic and onion strings) Rocoto filling (large red chile pepper stuffed with ground beef and cheese) Picante de Cuy (guinea pig roasted whole with accessories) causa (mashed potatoes layered soft yellow flavored with lemon and chile with tuna fish and shrimp, avocado and May) Lomo saltado (beef pan fried with onions and tomatoes in contact with the fire and let finally mixed with french fries, served with white rice) to continue. . . . . . . .
