Ayahuasca for treating depression?

Has anyone had any results with the use of ayahuasca for the treatment of depression? For those they do not know, is a mixture used by the shamans, which contains the compound DMT (Table I, in the U.S.) and several other plants (including MAOIs). I recently read an National Geographic article about someone being completely cured of depression after drinking this tea. Has anyone else had success with it? I have heard of people being able to cure depression just to make beer at home. I think theres a 50/50 chance though. Although it could cure depression also could put depression or worsen the condition. I have found myself depressed, but I do not try ayuhuasca. LSD. Helped. Theres a lot of things that could help, but I think its a bit ayuhuasca hardcore it is too strong of a hallucinogen. if you've never tried. You can order b.cappi and other things on the Internet.
