What caused the illness after a meteorite impact in Peru September 15, 2007?
seven policemen were hospitalized after reaching scene. people with headaches and vomiting.
The volcanic area is 'an active volcano Misty' near and around a vent field in the area. The meteorite penetrated deep into the permafrost and cut volcanic pipes or vents that caused the ice in the permafrost to melt and boil. Sulphurous gases also escape caused the nausea. Just a natural reaction of our planet and above is a logical explanation.
